I’m Amanda—real estate investor, proud mom of two teenage boys, and the founder of Little Lady Ventures LLC. Born in Pennsylvania and raised in Tampa, Florida, I’ve always had a heart for helping people—especially those in distress who need fast, fair solutions. I specialize in wholesaling homes as-is, giving families a way out during tough times and helping them move forward with confidence.

I’m a bilingual, with Spanish being my 2nd language, dog mom to three, and beyond grateful to have a supportive partner who's my biggest cheerleader. After years of helping others build their dreams, I decided it was time to build my own legacy. That’s how Little Lady Ventures was born. My motto, “Little Lady, Big Deals,” says it all—I may be small, but I’m fierce, driven, and here to help others win big. Whether it’s a homeowner needing a fresh start or a neighborhood ready for a revival, I’m all in on making a difference—one deal at a time.
